In pre-construction, we finalise plans and costs once site data, permitting requirements and final decisions on facilities, sizes and materials are in place. Our experienced civil engineers and technical experts analyse local conditions such as waves, wind, soil, water depth, tidal variation, ice and year-round weather. We also look at water traffic, visitor numbers and site planning. We address all technical, structural and ecological aspects of the floating structure.

Our products are usually manufactured in Finland to meet our strict quality standards. For cost-effectiveness, some products can be manufactured with a local collaborator under the same quality requirements. Thanks to modular design, the solution is built indoors and transported by land or water. It is then assembled at the final location or nearby and towed into place. The transport and site plan is prepared well in advance at the start of the project, so that we can safely reach even difficult locations while protecting the surrounding nature.
Once the solution is assembled and the systems are connected, we test that everything works smoothly. Before handover, we provide manuals and instructions for operation and maintenance. Handover is approved only when you have a clear understanding of all systems. As an additional service, we offer training for your staff and the local maintenance company.
